Job Description

In collaboration with the Head and Associate Head Coach, administer and manage all functions and oversight of the program. Provide an excellent, transformative student-athlete experience, and demonstrate positive progress in competitive standing in the Landmark Conference, Mid-Atlantic Region, and Nationally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the coaching staff with the planning and preparation of all practices
• Assist the coaching staff with the planning and preparation of all team events including Community Service Projects, Home Meets, & Camps/Clincs
• Assist the coaching staff with the transportation of student-athletes to meets when needed
• Assist the coaching staff with the recruitment of prospective student-athletes

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Experience with engaging Social Media/Content Creation is preferred.
• Collegiate Competitive experience in Track & Field and/or Cross Country is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Compensation:

• Stipend- $10,800.00
• FT Graduate School Enrollment
• 40 Meals per Semester
