Job Description

Southwest Minnesota State University is looking for two Graduate Assistant Cross Country / Track & Field Coaches for the 2022-23 academic year. Position one is distance and position two is sprints / jumps.
Coaching duties include assisting the Head Coach in all areas of program operations including practices, competitions, recruiting, and all aspects of the Cross Country / Track & Field program. Qualifications include acceptance into graduate school, enrolling in a minimum of six credits per semester, and candidate must meet the Minnesota State vehicle driving qualifications. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous coaching experience and / or having competed at the collegiate level. The stipend is $8,000 plus 18 credit hours of tuition waiver per year. Candidate review begins immediately and continues until filled. Southwest Minnesota State University is a member of NCAA Division II and the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
