Job Description

We are looking to form a partnership with a Pole Vault Coach in or near Cincinnati, OH where you can run a business out of our Indoor Facility for free while also serving as our pole vault coach and ultimately recruiting athletes to attend MSJ. Pending level and depth of experience compensation on top of this could also be provided.

Assist head coach with all aspects of the track & field program including preparation for practice specifically with Pole Vaulters. Understanding and using Pole Vault Training concepts and technical analysis, meet preparation and set up, weight room supervision and assistance, travel and other duties as assigned by the head coach

Demonstrate sincere interest in personal, academic and athletic progress of student-athletes

Exhibit supportive and cooperative behavior pursuing sport programs goals set by head coach

Other duties as assigned
