Job Description

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sprints/hurdles event area or jumps event areas
• Preferably a former athlete in these event areas.
• Clean driving history and ability to drive 10 passenger van
• Good communicator as well good organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily practice set up which could include; setting up hurdles/wickets, overseeing weight lifting program set by the sprints coach, driving vans, raking pits
• Provide technical feedback to the student athletes
• Assist the sprints/jumps coach inputting compliance paperwork
• Communicate with the team on practice schedules and competition schedules
• Travel to local competitions with the team
