The Endurance Specialist Certification Course (SCC) is a detailed, 36 hour course that covers all issues in technical coaching of the endurance events. Certification by the USTFCCCA is granted for successfully completing the course and its evaluations. The course contains video content.

Topics include training theory, applied sport science, periodization of endurance event training, biomechanics of the endurance events, training components, training design and administration, peripheral training concerns, technical study, and gait study in the middle distance and distance events.
