Job Description

The primary responsibilities are to direct, support and supervise a successful intercollegiate Cross Country program, and serve as an assistant for the Track & Field program under the direction of the Head Track & Field Coach. The coach is responsible for the culture, budget, strategic planning, cross country course, policies, compliance, scholarships, promotion, and leadership of the team.

Start date is negotiable if candidate is available earlier, but IWU will strongly encourage all current coaches to finish their season with their current team.
