Course Registration and Materials
Course registrations must occur from the account of the course participant, if you are unsure of your account information please email membership@ustfccca.org for assistance. Access to course materials will begin two weeks prior to the course start date and once the registration fee has been paid for.
To access course materials and testing (with the exception of TFA251 – see below)…

4. click on TFA Course Materials & Testing from the sub-menu
Course materials for any registered courses will be available on this page. This is also where all course examinations will be available at the conclusion of the course. 500 level courses do not have an exam. 300 level course participants will also submit their project here.
Please download your course materials in advance of the registered course to ensure that prompt access to all examinations following the course. No printed materials will be provided at the course. Attendance is mandatory for all courses in order take the exam and be eligible for any certifications.
All exams and projects must be completed independently, without collaboration, and submitted from the registrants account in order to be eligible for certification. Participants will have at least 14 days to complete all course examination materials, participants should check specific course materials for exact submission deadlines.
All exams require a grade of 80% for passing. All projects are graded as Pass/Fail. 300 level course participants who fail the project are permitted one re-submission, 6 months after the course is completed. Re-submissions can be sent in through the Project Resubmission Form.
Transcripts are updated and certificates (if applicable) are ordered after all course submissions have been graded, which can take several weeks in courses that require a project. Once ordered, physical certificates 3-5 weeks to arrive via USPS to those in North America. To those outside the US, Canada, and Mexico, digital PDF certificates will be emailed.
TFA251 – TFTC Online Course
After purchasing TFA251, the course materials and testing can be accessed here.
The TFTC course completions are processed on the 1st of every month. Online transcripts are updated immediately and physical certificates take 3-5 weeks to arrive via USPS to those in North America. To those outside the US, Canada, and Mexico, digital PDF certificates will be emailed.
