Weight Training for Track & Field is a course covering the design and administration of weight lifting programs for all track and field events. Topics include adaptations to weight training, categories of lifts and sample exercises, teaching and techniques progressions for key exercises, and periodization of weight training for all track and field events. This course is not a certification by itself, rather it is part of the Track & Field Academy’s Master’s program.
